Payment is easy and secure with Payson. You do not need to have an account with Payson before in order to pay. Payment terms are 14 days and the invoice will be sent separately by e-mail to the e-mail address you specify. Shipping and delivery
Delivery to DHL Servicepoint We normally deliver your goods within 1-3 working days from the time your order has been confirmed. During high season or during promotions when many people shop with us, it may take a little longer. The packages are delivered to your nearest DHL Servicepoint delivery point. When your package is available for collection, you will be notified via text message to the mobile number you entered when ordering. DHL Servicepoint does not deliver to box addresses, therefore check that the address entered is your home address.
The delivery time is extended to certain locations, in the archipelago or for rural mail delivery. Your package remains at the delivery point for 14 days from the time the package arrived, after which it is sent back to us. Unreleased packages are charged a fee of SEK 175 to cover our shipping and handling costs.
Returns
If you regret your purchase after it has been shipped from us, you must collect the package from the postman and return it. You can send it back (return shipping is your responsibility) to us. Packages that are not collected and sent back to us are automatically registered as "Not collected" and charged SEK 175. Exchange and Return According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw from the contract by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods. In order for you to use your right of withdrawal, you must return the item in undamaged condition, in the original packaging. When using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return costs. When you return goods to our e-commerce warehouse, you as the customer pay the return shipping and are responsible for the goods until they arrive. We therefore recommend that you pack well and always send your package traceable and notify our customer service that your return is on its way. Complaints
All shipments are inspected before leaving our warehouse. Should an item, despite this, still be broken or incorrect when you receive your package, we undertake to correct the error free of charge by replacing it with a new item.
